GEORAS EPS Heating Panels with Aluminum Heat Spreaders are dry underfloor, wall, and ceiling heating system panels designed for fast and efficient installation of heating pipes without the need for concrete screeds. Integrated aluminum heat spreaders ensure uniform heat distribution across the entire surface, improve system efficiency, and reduce heat loss.
The system is ideal for both new-build and renovation projects, especially timber-frame houses, attics, and buildings where a concrete screed is not possible or not desirable.
The panels feature pre-formed grooves for heating pipes, enabling fast and accurate installation. Available as straight panels with return bends or circular panels for spiral pipe layouts.

Lay out the panels according to the planned heating circuit design.
Press the heating pipe into the pre-formed grooves. At turning points, use the factory-made return bends or circular panels.
The aluminum heat spreaders ensure optimal heat distribution and improve overall system performance.
If the final floor covering or GEORAS TE boards are installed directly on top of the aluminum heat spreaders, the following adhesives are recommended:
These adhesives improve heat transfer, minimize movement within the floor structure, and ensure reliable bonding of the upper layers.
When installing gypsum boards, gypsum fibre boards, Cetris boards, or other rigid load-distribution panels, additional bonding to the aluminum heat spreaders is generally not required.
If the system is installed on OSB, timber flooring, or another wooden substrate, the upper boards may be:
If the substrate is concrete or another surface where mechanical fixing is not possible, the upper layer should be bonded.
When installing ceramic tiles on load-distribution boards (such as Cetris, gypsum fibre boards, etc.), these boards must be additionally secured by either screwing or bonding.
