RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS
9.1. The return and exchange of goods are carried out in accordance with the "Rules for the return and exchange of items" approved by the order of the Minister of Economy No. 217 of June 29, 2001, and the "Rules for the sale of items and provision of services when contracts are concluded using means of communication" approved by the order of the Minister of Economy No. 258 of August 17, 2001.
9.2. To return the item(s), the Buyer must present the purchase document, the warranty card (if issued), and fill out the goods return document. For filling out the return form, the Buyer should contact the Seller via email at info@sildomosgrindys.lt.
9.3. The Buyer has the right to return a faulty product within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of delivery by notifying the Seller. When an incorrect and/or faulty product is returned, the Seller undertakes to collect such products and replace them with equivalent suitable products. If the Seller does not have equivalent products, they will return the money paid for the product(s) and delivery to the Buyer’s bank account within 14 business days from the date of receiving the returned products.
9.4. The Buyer has the right to return a product of suitable quality within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of delivery by notifying the Seller. The Seller will return the money paid for the product(s) to the Buyer’s bank account within 14 business days from the date of receiving the returned products. Delivery costs are not reimbursed. The cost of returning products of suitable quality is covered by the Buyer.
9.5. The product returned by the Buyer must be in the original, orderly packaging, complete with all parts, not damaged by the Buyer, and not lost its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective films not removed, etc.). This clause does not apply when returning a faulty product.
9.6. Products sold after opening the package, cutting from the roll (heating film, underlayment, pipes, copper pipes, and similar), i.e., sold by meters, are not returnable.
9.7. The Seller has the right not to accept the Buyer’s returned goods if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedure established in this article.
9.8. Goods are returned to the address Geležinio vilko g. 11-73, Kaunas or Vilniaus g. 35, Karmėlava by agreement.
