DELIVERY OF GOODS

8.1. The Buyer undertakes to specify the exact location for the delivery of goods when placing an order.

8.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods in person. In the event that he cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address based on other information provided by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller for delivery of the goods to the wrong person.

8.3. The goods are delivered by the Seller or its authorized representative.

8.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer within the delivery terms. These terms do not apply when the Seller's warehouse does not have the necessary goods, and the Buyer is informed about the shortage of the ordered goods. The Buyer also agrees that in exceptional cases, the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In such cases, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and coordinate the delivery of the goods.

8.5. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for violation of delivery terms if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer's fault or circumstances dependent on the Buyer.

8.6. Upon delivery of the goods to the Buyer, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the shipment and the goods together with the Seller or its authorized representative and sign the invoice, waybill, or other document of transfer and acceptance. Once the Buyer signs the invoice, waybill, or other document of transfer and acceptance, it is considered that the shipment has been delivered in proper condition, without damage not attributable to manufacturing defects, and without discrepancies in the configuration of the goods (such discrepancies that can be identified during an external inspection of the goods). If the Buyer notices that the packaging of the delivered shipment is damaged (wrinkled, wet, or otherwise externally damaged), the goods are damaged, and/or the goods are of incorrect configuration, the Buyer must note this on the invoice, waybill, or other document of transfer and acceptance and, in the presence of the Seller or its representative, draw up a free-form act of damage/discrepancies of the shipment and/or goods. If the Buyer does not perform these actions, the Seller is released from liability to the Buyer for damages to the goods if such damages are not due to manufacturing defects and for discrepancies in the configuration of the goods if these discrepancies can be identified during an external inspection of the goods.
