The dry underfloor heating system is a versatile and efficient solution for both new construction and renovation projects. It is particularly suitable for timber frame houses, wooden floor structures, and buildings where the installation of a concrete screed is limited or not possible.
The system is based on grooved OSB-3 panels with precisely machined channels for aluminum heat distribution reflectors and Ø16 mm underfloor heating pipes.
Aluminum heat distribution reflectors (heat distribution plates) efficiently transfer and distribute heat from the heating pipe across the entire floor surface. Thanks to the excellent thermal conductivity of aluminum, heat is spread evenly, minimizing temperature differences and improving overall heating efficiency.

Order Processing

Installation of Aluminum Reflectors
The aluminum heat distribution reflectors are fitted into specially machined grooves. Where additional fixing is required, they can be bonded using:

These adhesives provide reliable bonding between the aluminum reflector and the OSB substrate.
Preparing the Surface for Floor Coverings
The OSB panels are structurally strong enough to support normal floor loads, making an additional load-distribution layer unnecessary.
Laminate flooring, engineered wood flooring, click vinyl flooring, and other floating floor systems can be installed directly onto the heating panels according to the flooring manufacturer's recommendations.
Where a perfectly level surface is required or where bonded floor finishes are planned, additional boards can be installed over the system, such as:
These boards are used to create a smoother and more stable substrate for the final floor covering.
Knauf Brio, Knauf Brown, and high-density wood fiber boards can also be bonded using MS 70 Polymer High-Tack adhesive.
