The Warmset drum (container) heater 1000 L – 4440 P – A 1000 (230 V) is designed for efficient heating and temperature maintenance of 1000-litre drums.
This solution ensures optimal properties of viscous and temperature-sensitive materials and supports smooth handling during production or storage processes.
Thanks to its 4440 mm circumference, the heater evenly wraps around the drum, providing uniform heat distribution.
The 230 V power supply allows the heater to be used without additional industrial electrical installations.
Heating Solution for Drums and Food Products
Some materials, especially food products such as honey, syrups, oils, molasses and other viscous liquids, require a stable temperature during winter or must not fall below a specific temperature threshold.
The Warmset drum heater is designed for safe, even and controlled heating and temperature maintenance of these products.
Due to the radiant heating core integrated inside the heating belt, materials stored in the drum are maintained at the desired temperature while preserving their physical properties, viscosity and flow characteristics.
Each heating belt can be equipped with a thermostat, allowing temperature adjustment from 0 to 90 °C, depending on the type of product being heated.
Temperature settings depend on:
heating duration,
drum or container material,
properties of the food or industrial products inside the container.
How Are Warmset Drum Heating Belts Manufactured?
Warmset drum heating belts are manufactured according to high quality standards:
The outer layer is made of nylon, offering high durability and resistance
Inside, a glass-fibre insulation layer is used, to which the original Warmset heating element is attached
The construction is covered with a silicone rubber layer, which perfectly adheres to the drum surface and withstands high temperatures
All production takes place in Italy, in Warmset’s manual assembly department, ensuring reliability and long service life of each heater.
