Description

Special pipe for underfloor heating Henko PE-Xc/EVOH/PE-Xc d18

HENCO 5-layer PE-Xc plastic pipes consist of five layers.

The outer and inner layers are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) granules modified by an electron beam process.

The middle layer is an EVOH oxygen barrier that complies with the DIN 4726 standard, allowing these plastic pipes to be used in heating systems.

These three different layers are bonded together by two identical layers of high-quality adhesive.

Layer 1: Inner PE-Xc layer made of high-density polyethylene modified by electron beam irradiation, meeting the strictest standard requirements.

Layer 2: High-quality adhesive layer bonding the EVOH oxygen-barrier layer to the inner PE-Xc layer.

Layer 3: EVOH oxygen-barrier layer compliant with DIN 4726.

Layer 4: High-quality adhesive layer bonding the EVOH oxygen-barrier layer to the outer PE-Xc layer.

Layer 5: Outer PE-Xc layer made of high-density polyethylene modified by electron beam irradiation, meeting the strictest standard requirements.
